Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Carpe Dink'em Pickleball ("we", "us", "our") is a recreational pickleball club based in Coolum, Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. By accessing our website or participating in our sessions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Participation

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that:

  • You are 16 years of age or older, or are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are medically and physically fit to participate in recreational pickleball.
  • You have read, understood, and agreed to our Participant Waiver.
  • You will conduct yourself in accordance with our Code of Conduct at all times.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made through our website and are subject to availability. A booking does not guarantee entry if capacity has been reached. We reserve the right to cancel or modify sessions at any time. Session fees are charged at the time of online booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Treat all players, volunteers, and staff with respect and courtesy.
  • Abide by the rules of pickleball and any instructions given by session organisers.
  • Refrain from aggressive, abusive, racist, discriminatory, or antisocial behaviour.
  • Not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Take care of equipment and facilities and report any damage immediately.

Breach of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the session and a temporary or permanent ban from all Carpe Dink'em Pickleball events.

6. Right to Refuse

Carpe Dink'em Pickleball reserves the right to refuse entry, remove any participant from a session, or cancel a booking at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

7. Liability

Participation in pickleball carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carpe Dink'em Pickleball, its officers, volunteers, and representatives accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our sessions or use of our facilities. Please refer to our full Waiver for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Carpe Dink'em Pickleball and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or participation in our sessions following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
