Carpe Dink'em Pickleball started with a simple idea — great pickleball shouldn't be hard to find, hard to book, or hard to afford. So we built something better.
I'm a pickleball player based at Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast. Like a lot of people, I got hooked on the game fast — the mix of strategy, social play, and the fact that anyone can pick it up makes it unlike anything else.
What I couldn't find was a club that made it easy. Booking was a hassle, sessions were hard to find, and there was no clear pathway for players who wanted to improve. So I built Carpe Dink'em Pickleball to fix that.
We run structured indoor sessions at Coolum State High School — separated by skill level so you're always playing with people at your level. Everything is bookable online, paid upfront, with no cash on the day. Simple.
The name? "Carpe Diem" meets "dink" — the soft shot at the kitchen line that wins rallies. Seize the dink. It felt right.
