Coaching with Mark Taylor

We're very pleased to have Mark Taylor coaching at Carpe Dink'em. Mark spends his weekends on the other side of the net at professional tournaments across Australia and Asia — and he brings all of it back to the courts at Coolum.

Who you'll be learning from
UPCC Level 2 Certified Coach
United Pickleball Coaching & Certification

Mark is a UPCC Level 2 certified coach, and an international Head Referee working with NPL Australia and Global Sports India, and heading up officiating at APP Tour events in Kuala Lumpur. His job at those tournaments is to lead referee teams, apply the rulebook under pressure, and keep matches fair when the stakes are high.

He is also a Foundational Registry Member of the Registry of Certified Pickleball Coaches, recognised for his contribution to the integrity of the game and his long involvement in international officiating.

What that means for you: someone who has watched thousands of points at the top of the sport, knows exactly why the good players win them, and can explain the rules that most club players are quietly getting wrong.
