Refund Policy

1. Session Fees & Payment

Session fees are payable online at the time of booking, either by card or by redeeming a session from a 10-session pass. Prices are shown on the Sessions page at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations by Participants

We understand that plans change. If you can no longer attend a session you've booked, please cancel as early as possible — and no later than 24 hours before the session start time — via the Sessions page using the phone number you booked with.

If you cancel 24 hours or more before the session start time:

• Bookings paid by card: choose either a refund (a small payment processing fee is deducted, in line with our payment provider's terms) or a 1-session credit added to your account at full value, with no fee deducted.
• Bookings paid using a 10-session pass: the session is credited back to your pass at no cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund or credit, and pass sessions will not be credited back.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.

3. Cancellations or Changes by Carpe Dink'em Pickleball

Occasionally, sessions may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to extreme weather, facility unavailability, insufficient numbers, or events beyond our control.

If we cancel a session, all booked participants will be notified by email as soon as practicable. Bookings paid by card will receive a 1-session credit at full value; bookings paid using a 10-session pass will have the session credited back to the pass.

4. Credits & 10-Session Passes

10-session passes and any credits issued (for example, in lieu of a refund) do not expire and are not transferable to another person. Credits and pass sessions have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

5. Shop & Merchandise

For physical products purchased through our online shop:

• Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at carpedinkempickleball01@gmail.com.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of our policy.
