Refund Policy.

1. Session Fees
Session fees at Carpe Dink'em Pickleball are payable on the night at the door. No advance payment is required to secure a booking through our website. As such, no monetary refund is applicable at the point of booking.
2. Cancellations by Participants
We understand that plans change. If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, please cancel your booking as early as possible — and no later than 3 hours before the session start time. This allows us to offer your spot to another player.
Cancellations can be made via the Sessions page on our website using the phone number you booked with. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.
3. Cancellations by Carpe Dink'em Pickleball
Occasionally, sessions may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to extreme weather, facility unavailability, insufficient numbers, or events beyond our control.
In the event of a session cancellation by Carpe Dink'em Pickleball, all booked participants will be notified by email as soon as practicable. Where a session fee has been collected at the door prior to cancellation, a full refund or credit will be offered at our discretion.
4. Credits
Any unused credit issued by Carpe Dink'em Pickleball is non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits not used within 6 months of the date of issue will expire and become void.
5. Shop & Merchandise
For physical products purchased through our online shop:
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at carpedinkempickleball01@gmail.com.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of our policy.
